The event, held at KL Polo Club, brought together breast cancer survivors, advocates, healthcare professionals, and media representatives in support of the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM) and the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA).

During the polo match, the KLPC team secured a close 5-4 victory over Prince Court. This event showcased the resilience and determination of breast cancer survivors and their supporters, conveying a powerful message of courage and solidarity in the face of cancer challenges. Besides increasing awareness, the event served as a fundraiser, with proceeds from exclusive polo jersey sales directly benefiting NCSM and BCWA for their cancer advocacy and patient support initiatives. Prince Court remains committed to providing transformative support to patients and raising awareness about the importance of breast cancer detection and treatment.

Informative health talks led by Dr. Harjit Kaur Perdamen and Dr. Melissa Tan focused on early detection, treatment advancements, and holistic patient care for breast cancer patients. The sessions highlighted the importance of integrated care, timely screenings, and multidisciplinary support throughout the patient's journey, featuring insightful sharing sessions by breast cancer survivors.

Dr. Shuba Srinivasan, the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre, emphasized Prince Court's dedication as an accredited Oncology Centre of Excellence by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI). The diverse team specializing in breast cancer, comprising top experts in oncology, radiology, surgery, and nursing, collaborates to support patients throughout their journey, aiming to make a meaningful difference through exceptional care and empathy.

Mahani Kassim, President of Pink Unity, a dedicated support group for breast cancer survivors under NCSM, highlighted the crucial role of community support in the recovery process. Mahani emphasized the importance of standing together to share hope and inspire more women to prioritize their health through early detection, underscoring the significance of support groups in enhancing resilience and awareness.
